• Recall and follow-up communications

• Missed-appointment notifications

• Other communications relating to your appointments or relationship with Amador Valley Chiropractic ChiroTouch describes CT Engage as a patient engagement platform supporting texting, email, appointment reminders, recall communications, two-way messaging, and related patient engagement functions.
   

5. Appointment Reminder Text Messages

If you provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive appointment-related text messages, Amador Valley Chiropractic may use CT Engage to send automated appointment reminders.

For scheduled appointments, patients will generally receive one appointment reminder message approximately 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If our records indicate that you did not attend your scheduled appointment, you may receive an additional automated notification informing you that the appointment was missed.

The timing of automated messages may vary depending on scheduling, system availability, changes to appointments, or other circumstances.

Appointment reminder and missed-appointment messages are intended to assist with appointment management and do not replace your responsibility to keep track of your appointments.

6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

You may stop receiving text messages from Delta Spine and Sportcare at any time.

To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to an incoming text message.

You may also use other reasonable methods to communicate that you no longer wish to receive text messages, including contacting our office using the contact information below.

Other commonly recognized text-message opt-out terms may include:

STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Federal Communications Commission rules recognize these types of responses as reasonable methods for revoking consent to covered text messages.

After receiving a valid opt-out request, we will process the request in accordance with applicable law and applicable communication-system requirements.
